It's almost as if there's an official NFL preset form letter sent to the media with every 'event'.

Naaaaaaaaaah.   Can't happen here.

Nope.

Not in what's basically a trillion-dollar industry with selective enforcement on a scale measured using the "do you know who I am" parameter.

Ethan Westbrooks, a defensive lineman for the Los Angeles Rams, was arrested Sunday night in Sacramento.

Sacramento & Los Angeles, California - ESPN News - 7 March 2017  ---  Police had responded to a call regarding a child custody dispute at 9:06 p.m. (local time) and found injuries to the upper body of the mother of one of Westbrooks' children.  An investigation determined she had suffered non-life-threatening injuries during a domestic violence incident that involved Westbrooks.

Westbrooks has three children, all with different mothers.  He has been locked in continual custody battles with the mothers of his two youngest children, a 2-year-old girl and a boy who is younger.  Westbrooks also has a daughter a few years older than the other two.  It's unclear which child was at the center of the most recent dispute.

Numero Ocho.

That's "#8" for those of you in Rio Linda.

In Missouri, possession of maroo-jee-wanna in any amount over 1-1/4 ounces - 35 grams - is a felony.

Bates County, Missouri - KCTV, CBS-5 News - 8 March 2017  ---  The Missouri State Highway Patrol says Kansas City Chiefs tight end Demetrius Harris has been arrested on suspicion of felony possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Harris was a passenger in a car stopped Tuesday on Interstate 49.  He was taken to the Bates County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The 25-year-old Harris was the Chiefs' backup tight end behind Travis Kelce the last two seasons and has played in 32 games while making 20 starts.  The fourth-year tight end had 17 receptions for 124 yards in 2016, both career highs.

KCTV5 reached out to the Kansas City Chiefs.  They have not issued a statement.

Chicago Bears cornerback Deiondre' Hall and Green Bay Packers cornerback Makinton Dorleant arrested in Cedar Falls, Iowa.

Sharky's Fun House ; Cedar Falls, Iowa - NBC5, Chicago - 26 March 2017  ---  Bears cornerback Deiondre’ Hall was one of two NFL players arrested after an alleged fight outside a bar in Iowa early Sunday.

Deiondre' Hall (L) and Makinton Dorleant (R).
Booking photos courtesy of the Black Hawk County (Iowa) Sheriff's Office.

Just before 1 a.m., officers responded to an altercation outside Sharky's Fun House in Cedar Falls, where the University of Northern Iowa is located.  Hall was in the middle of the crowd, “flailing his arms and yelling profanity at bar staff and patrons”.  Officers attempted to remove him from the crowd, but he refused to respond and attempted to escape.  Hall was “yelling and spitting in the face of the officers,” there was a strong odor of alcohol on his breath and he was slurring his speech.

Officers handcuffed Hall, who police said was argumentative, resisted arrest and refused to get into the squad car.  At that point, one of the officers used her stun gun on Hall’s left leg “in an effort to get him to comply with orders.”  Hall was charged with disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and interference, according to police.

During the incident, Green Bay Packers cornerback Makinton Dorleant, who played college football alongside Hall at Northern Iowa, attempted to grab Hall despite officers’ warnings.  Dorleant approached three officers individually, “yelling and waving his arms in a threatening manner.”  He was “admittedly ‘jacked up’ on adrenaline”, the criminal complaint against him reads.  Dorleant was also taken into custody and charged with interference.

Wait..... I thought when a cornerback commits "interference" the only things that happen are a flag is thrown and the ball is placed at the spot of the foul, with the offense receiving an automatic first down.

Huh ?..... The University Of Northern Iowa is located in Sharky's Fun House ?   I'm thinkin' dat grammer 'n sentence strucktshure up thar no good is.

So after he was in handcuffs they shot him with a taser!

I though the taser was a last option short of using lethal force?  If there was no taser available would they have shot him with a firearm even though he is already in handcuffs?

Seahawks backup quarterback Trevone Boykin arrested on marijuana, public intoxication charges.

Dallas, Texas - ESPN News - 27 March 2017  ---  Seattle Seahawks quarterback Trevone Boykin was arrested early Monday in Dallas on misdemeanor charges of marijuana possession and public intoxication after a car in which he was a passenger struck pedestrians and then a nightclub, injuring eight people, sending seven to local hospitals.

At 2:10 a.m. local time, Shabrika Bailey, 25, backed up at a high rate of speed, striking pedestrians on a sidewalk and then a wall of the Sidebar nightclub in Dallas.  The impact of the car with the building caused bottles of alcohol and an ice cooler to fall inside Sidebar, hitting and injuring the bartender.

Bailey was charged with two counts of intoxication assault with a vehicle -- serious bodily Injury, a felony 3 charge.  Boykin, 23, was being held on $500 bond at the Dallas County Jail.  He is currently on probation stemming from an incident in 2015, when he was TCU's starting quarterback.  He was suspended for the Alamo Bowl after a Dec. 31, 2015, incident at a bar.

He pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest in June and paid a $1,500 fine, plus $237 in court costs, and was placed on one year probation.  He was also ordered to take alcohol awareness and anger management courses and serve 80 hours of community service.

Let's see..... On probation.  Hammered.  In possession of maroojeewanna.  In a car with a hammered driver.

Yep, I guess that makes him 'aware of alcohol'.

As usual, the team and league have zero comment, because they're gathering all information possible to make it all go away as fast as they can.

Marquis Bundy arrested - Disorderly conduct, resisting an officer.

Scottsdale, Arizona - The Arizona Republic (USA Today/Gannett) and TMZ Sports - 5 April 2017  ---  An Arizona Cardinals football player freaked out after he lost his hat in a bar -- and decided it would be a good idea to berate police over it.

Booking photo courtesy of the Scottsdale (Arizona) Police Department.

Marquis Bundy -- a 22-year-old wide receiver who was partying at International Boutique Nightclub in Scottsdale on Saturday morning when his "praying hands" cap went missing.  Bundy allegedly went off on club security -- claiming someone had stolen the hat.  Security took him to a back alley to cool off and that's when cops arrived.

Bundy turned his anger towards the police, berating officers who were trying to help out.  Police say Bundy's friends were begging the NFL player to walk away and leave, but he refused.  After several warnings, police finally arrested Bundy for disorderly conduct and failure to obey an officer.  Police say he was super drunk at the time.

The Cardinals issued a statement saying they were aware of the incident.  "The matter was referred to the NFL office in New York as required under the league’s Personal Conduct Policy and we are deferring to them on it."

There is NO truth to the rumor that Mr. Bundy's "praying hands" hat is his go-to lucky item when out on the town - NO truth to the rumor that he's never been caught DUI while wearing it.

Seahawks QB Trevone Boykin Arrested Again On Warrant - Fallout From Bar Crash

Dallas, Texas - TMZ Sports - 6 April 2017  ---  Seattle Seahawks quarterback Trevone Boykin was arrested in Texas AGAIN Thursday -- and it's all connected to that crazy night when a car he was riding in crashed into a bar.

As we previously reported, Boykin was still on probation on March 27 when he was arrested for public intoxication and drug possession following the car crash.  Boykin was sentenced to 1 year probation in June 2016 for fighting police officers at a San Antonio bar days before the Alamo Bowl.

A warrant was issued for his arrest earlier this week because prosecutors believe his March arrest constitutes a violation of his probation.

Boykin was taken into custody at 1:35 PM on Thursday and released a few hours later on $2,500 bond.  He'll be arraigned on May 3.  He's facing up to a year in jail and a $4,000 fine -- but that didn't keep him from smiling in his mug shot.

Dazz cuz he didnduunuffin', yo.  Less hims go, o' youz am be da raaaaaaaaaacimmississ.

Follows the 2015 seasons of Plano H.S. Baylor U. and my Cowboys.
Boykins troubles are mentioned a few time in that book.

Lucky number thirteen.

Quote
San Francisco 49ers cornerback Tramaine Brock arrested for felony domestic violence.

Santa Clara, California - The Mercury News - 7 April 2017  ---  Santa Clara police were called about 9:35 p.m. Thursday to the 4000 block of Headen Way for reports of domestic violence and found an injured woman who "was in a dating relationship" with Brock.

Brock was arrested without incident on suspicion of felony domestic violence and booked at the Santa Clara County jail.  “I really got nothing to say about it”, Brock said to ABC7 upon leaving the jail.  When pressed, he gave a similar response: “No, not too much to say about it.”

The 49ers unconditionally released Mr. Brock before he was released from lockup.

So what's 'the most important thing' you can take from every media account of this typica...... you see it coming, right ?

Quote
Friday’s release of Brock means the 49ers’ roster overhaul must now also produce a new starting cornerback.

New coach Kyle Shanahan and defensive coordinator Robert Saleh have several replacement candidates to comb through ahead of the April 27-29 draft.  A voluntarily minicamp April 25-27 will be the first on-field auditions under the new regime for cornerback candidates Rashard Robinson, Jimmie Ward, Keith Reaser, Dontae Johnson, Will Redmond and Prince Charles Iworah.

Would love to see the list of 'previous interactions with L.E.' from the above list of candidates to fill Mr. Brock's position.

Just win, baby.

Whatever it takes.

Not a pro player yet and this doesn't count in the 2017 stats, but this ya gotta see to believe.

Former UF linebacker Daniel McMillian is in Alachua County Jail facing two felony charges and a $40,000 bond following his arrest on charges of sexual assault and kidnapping-false imprisonment.

Photo courtesy of the Alachua County Sheriff's Office via TMZ.

Gainesville, Florida - The Orlando Sentinel - 7 April 2017  ---  McMillian, 23, spent the past four seasons with the Gators and worked out for NFL scouts on March 28 during the team’s Pro Day.  McMillian appeared in 39 games at UF, finishing his career with 65 tackles.  He had seven tackles and an interception during UF’s Outback Bowl win against Iowa.

Eyez noes da homey am be reel good, yo.  Buts dems charges..... What hee doo what hee doo what hee doo ?

Read on.

Quote
McMillian invited the alleged victim to his apartment. The woman works for a company “of which (McMillian) is a customer,” the report states.

The alleged victim entered McMillian’s residence “for legitimate professional reasons.”  Once she was inside, the report states McMillian locked the door, blocked it and then pulled down his short to expose himself to her.

The victim asked to leave, but McMillan allegedly approached her and grabbed her.  The report states she kicked McMillian, unlocked the door, while sustaining a small scratch on her arm, and ran to safety.

"....a company of which McMillan is a customer..... for legitimate professional reasons....."

Gee, I wonder what that could mean ?   God forbid the far-left-and-Democrat-only-supporting Orlando Sentinel would even attempt to find out, eh ?  Here at T.A.S.G., we'll give Mr. McMillan the benefit of the doubt and surmise "the alleged victim entered McMillan's residence" to provide a manicure and pedicure.  Yeah, that's the ticket.  Yeah.  That's what the "legitimate professional reasons" is all about.  Can't be anything else.  Not possible.  Right ?  I mean, after all, those previous 'issues' occuring with Mr. McMill..........

Yo yo yo, dass raaaaaaaaaacimmississt !   Hee didnduunuffin !

He did it again (and again and again).

Washington Redskins Linebacker Junior Gallette Arrested At Biloxi Mississippi's Black Beach Weekend

Metairie, Louisiana - ESPN News - 10 April 2017  ---  Galette was charged with disorderly conduct and failure to comply after getting into a fight and running away at MGM Park, where a concert was being held as part of Biloxi's annual Black Beach Weekend on Friday night (7 April), according to the Biloxi Police Department.  He was released after posting a $500 bond.

"We are aware of the incident.  We are gathering information and will refrain from making any further comment", Redskins senior vice president Tony Wyllie said in a statement.

Galette was arrested (while playing for the New Orleans Saints) -- though charges were later dropped -- on a charge of domestic violence after he was accused of injuring a female houseguest while trying to get her to leave his home.  The NFL suspended Galette two games for his involvement in the incident.

Shortly before Galette's release, the NFL and Saints were also made aware of a 2013 video that appeared to show Galette striking a woman with a belt during a group scuffle on a beach, though no charges were filed for that incident.

Another didnduunuffin' simply didnduunuffin' and dem checks gonna keeps comin' in, cuz even through some serious injuries, he can still defend against the pass better than well over half the linebackers in the league.
